The love of God (GIL)
The meaning of Gods love
Love is a key attribute of God in Christianity. 1 John 4:8 and 16 state that "God is love; and he who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him." John 3:16 states: "God so loved the world..." In the New Testament, God's love for humanity or the world is expressed in Greek as agape

The love of God is as great as this earth. His love goes beyond anything we can think or imagine. God created us with love and He loves every living person, even sinners. If He did not love us, He would not send His beloved son (Jesus) to us.
If you feel abandoned by your loved ones, remember that God will never abandon you and His love for you will never end! When you feel lost, remember that God's love will bring you back to where you belong. When you feel sick, remember that God's love will heal you. If you are depressed, remember that God's love will get you out of it. When you feel weak, remember that God's love is your strength. Are you sad? God's love will put a smile on your face and fill you with His joy. Did you know that He left all ninety-nine and pursued you? That's what you call love. His love is so precious, wonderful, unique...
God wants us to love our neighbors just as He loves us. He even wants us to love our enemies.
1 John 4:20 says;
If anyone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
It makes us understand that you cannot love someone who you haven’t seen and hate someone you have seen.
There was a time when I was depressed, I felt an emptiness inside and didn't feel special anymore. I felt like I was being abandoned by God and that He didn't love me as much as He loved others. This is one thing the enemy wants you to feel: that you are lonely, unworthy, and unloved by God and others. But what you have to say bodly is, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made, I am a child of God! He knew and loved me before I was formed! It is also important to love yourself. You can't love others and not love yourself, that's impossible.
Romans 5:8 - But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
1 John 3:1 - See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
Jesus loves you!
